Since you love posting off topic, stupid links in a lame attempt to show how
crappy Lexus is and how great GM (Chevy, BMW, whatever) is, here's one for

My 2007 Lexus ES 350 was diagnosed with piston slap, as was a simiar car |
randomly selected from the dealer's lot. The Lexus customer website reply
was that this was "normal" operating noise.
Has anyone else out there with an ES 350 heard the ticking noise when the
engine is cold?
